• Additional edits or revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

5. Intellectual Property

• Copyright: All images and videos remain the intellectual property of Favors Photography unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Usage Rights: Clients receive a license for personal use of their images. Commercial use requires explicit written permission and may incur additional fees.

• Promotion: Favors Photography reserves the right to use images or videos for promotional purposes unless the client opts out in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

• While we take every precaution to ensure quality and reliability, Favors Photography is not responsible for delays, loss, or damages caused by events beyond our control (e.g., weather, equipment failure, accidents).

• Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided.

7. Refund Policy
